By using IgniteOS, you agree to these terms. IgniteOS is a venture building platform operated by IgniteOS Venture Studio.

1. Service

IgniteOS provides tools for venture validation, strategy, branding, marketing, finance and operational workflows.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity that takes place under their account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activities, abuse, harmful content or rights violations.

4. Payments

Paid plans and add-ons are billed according to the selected pricing and may change with prior notice where required.

5. Intellectual property

User venture content remains the user's property; IgniteOS retains ownership of the platform, templates, software and brand assets.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as is without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
